The service

AMD Creative Factory generates video and images, running on AMD GPUs. The service is provided as is, with no warranty that output will be fit for any particular purpose.

Credits

• Credits are held when you submit, charged on success, and refunded in full if generation fails.
• Video is billed by delivered duration, which is slightly longer than requested because of the model's frame constraints. Images are billed per image.
• Cancelling after a task has started on a GPU does not refund credits: the compute has already been spent.
• Credits have no cash value and can be neither transferred nor exchanged for money. They can be obtained by redeeming AMD AI developer program points or event codes.

Content and responsibility

You are responsible for the prompts and images you submit, and you confirm you hold the necessary rights to them. You may not generate sexual content involving minors, material depicting real identifiable people without consent, or anything unlawful in your jurisdiction.

We apply keyword filtering to prompts and keep a moderation log. This is a basic screen, not semantic understanding — it does not replace your own judgement, and we reserve the right to remove content and suspend accounts after the fact.

Retention

Generated videos are kept for 7 days, and the exact expiry is shown in the interface. You can mark up to 20 pieces as kept so they do not expire. Expired or deleted work cannot be recovered, so download anything you want to keep.

Availability

There is no availability commitment (no SLA). Brief interruptions occur during deployments, and tasks queue when capacity is limited. We may change or discontinue the service at any time.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this service.
